Operational Days: We process and ship orders Monday–Friday, excluding national and local holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Rate Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service level. Any eligible promotions or free shipping thresholds will be automatically applied at checkout.

Tracking Numbers: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Tracking Updates: Please allow 24 hours after receiving your shipment confirmation email for tracking updates to become available on the carrier’s website.

4. Delivery Issues & Delays

Carrier Delays: While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, carrier delays, customs inspections) may occasionally result in extended transit times.

Incorrect Address: Please verify your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address if the customer provided inaccurate or incomplete information. Additional shipping fees may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.

Failed Delivery Attempts: If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or because it was unclaimed at customs, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
