Physical Products: Tangible items shipped to your address.

2. Refund Eligibility
Product/Service Type:
- Digital Products: Non-refundable, except in cases of technical failure or duplicate payments.
- Physical Products: Refundable/replacement available for defective or damaged items (conditions apply).
- Coaching/Consulting Services: Refunds available only for unutilized portions of packages (for cancellations by us or eligible claims).
2.1 For Digital Products
Refunds on digital products will only be processed under the following scenarios:
- Technical Issues: If the product was not delivered correctly due to technical errors (e.g., download link failure), refunds will be processed after verification.
- Duplicate Purchases: In case of accidental duplicate payments, refunds will be provided for the extra transaction after validation.
Non-Refundable Scenarios:
- Simply changing your mind after purchase.
- Failure to use or implement the content provided.
2.2 For Physical Products
We offer refunds or replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received. Conditions include:
- The return request must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and with packaging intact.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for damaged or incorrect items.
Refund Process:

2.3 For Services & Coaching Programs
Refunds for unused services or canceled coaching sessions will be processed under the following conditions:
- Cancellation by Us: Full refund for sessions missed due to our error or cancellation.
- Client Cancellations: Partial refunds for unused sessions, provided cancellation is requested 7 days in advance of the next session. (This excludes upfront consulting/workshop setup fees).
Refunds for session-based coaching require written proof of cancellation sent to admin@mentorgyan.com
3. Refund Process
We aim to process refunds quickly and efficiently. Here’s how it works:
- Initiate a Refund Request: Contact us at admin@mentorgyan.com with your:
- Order number.
- Reason for refund (evidence required if applicable).
- Verification: Our team will verify your claim within 5 business days.
- Refund Issuance:Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method or credited as a voucher (for credit-refund scenarios).
4. Cancellations
4.1 Subscription Services
- Monthly Subscriptions: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. However, cancellations made after billing will apply to the subsequent billing cycle.
- Prepaid Subscriptions: No refunds for cancellations mid-term unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Coaching/Consulting Cancellation:
- Coaching agreements canceled mid-course will incur a 10% administration fee for processing refunds for unused sessions.
- Cancelations within 48 hours of the next session are non-refundable.
5. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be approved for:
- Failure to apply tools, processes, or content delivered via courses, templates, or coaching services (e.g., failure to execute frameworks or strategies provided).
- Unauthorized transactions not reported within 24 hours of payment.
- Expired refund requests beyond the eligibility window (e.g., over 7 days for physical goods or beyond service usage period).
6. Fraud Prevention
We take fraudulent refund claims seriously. Customers filing false or unverifiable refund claims will be:
- Denied refunds.
- Subject to restrictions on future purchases/services.
If fraud is detected, the customer’s payment details may be shared with the relevant authorities for resolution.
7. Refund Timeline
Action:
- Refund Request Acknowledgment: Within 24 hours of submission.
- Verification and Claim Approval: 5 business days (after customer response and evidence submission).
- Refund Issuance: 7 business days (processed as per the original payment method or issued as store credit).
